Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g spelt flakes, large leaf
- 2 bananas
- 20 g coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp raisins
- Soy milk (soy drink) for spreading
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
without flour, without egg, sweetened by bananas, makes about 30 pieces
Mash the bananas and mix with the other ingredients. Using a tablespoon, shape them into cookies and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 10 minutes, then brush generously with soy milk and bake for another five minutes. Tip: These muesli cookies will only keep for about two to three days, but they can be frozen and taste just as good thawed as they do fresh.
