- 1 banana(s) (the riper, the better)
- 80 g oat flakes, wholegrain
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp almonds, chopped

Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan/convection oven). Peel the banana, mash it into a puree, and mix well with the remaining ingredients. Drop small cookies from the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper using a teaspoon. If you prefer them crispier, flatten them. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes. I made about 12-15 cookies.
