Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 banana(s), mashed
- 150 g sugar
- 1 egg(s), beaten
- 75 g butter, melted
- 75 g brown sugar
- possibly fat for the molds
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
- n. B. Butter (approx. 1 tbsp)

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
with sprinkles
Preheat the oven to 190°C (top/bottom heat). Grease 10 muffin tins or line them with baking paper. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, mix the bananas, sugar, egg, and melted butter with a mixer. Gently fold the banana mixture into the flour mixture. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tins. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Then stir in enough butter to form a crumble. Sprinkle over the muffins as a topping. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes (use a toothpick to test).
