Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 egg whites
- 1 egg(s)
- 3 tbsp low-fat curd cheese
- 20 g protein powder (whey)
- 1 tsp sweetener (liquid sweetener)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Combine all ingredients and stir well. Then pour the mixture into muffin cups or similar and place the muffins in the oven for 20 minutes. Once the muffins are golden brown, remove from the oven and let cool.
