Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 200 g yogurt up to 1.8% fat
- 1 egg(s)
- ½ bottle of butter-vanilla flavoring
- 1 banana(s)
- 20 g hazelnuts, ground
- 150 g flour
- 1 baking powder
- 15 g sugar
- 3 dashes sweetener, approx., liquid

Makes 12 pieces, suitable for WW, 1.5* per piece
Separate the egg and beat the egg whites until stiff. Mash the banana and mix with the egg yolk, yogurt, vanilla extract, hazelnuts, flour, baking powder, and sugar using a hand mixer. Fold in the beaten egg whites. Add sweetener to taste. I used 3 drops, and the muffins were sweet enough. Bake at 200°C (top and bottom heat) / 175°C (fan oven) for about 20 minutes, until the muffins are nicely browned.
