delicious, easy and quick to make
Mix together the whole-wheat flour, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and chocolate chips. Mash the bananas with a fork. Ripe bananas are best for flavor. Whisk the eggs with the sugar, then add the oil and vanilla sugar, and a few drops of baking flavoring if desired. Gradually add the flour mixture and mix until you get a smooth batter. Grease the muffin cups and dust them with a little flour to ensure the muffins rise. Now fill the cups a little over halfway with the batter and bake in the oven on the middle rack at 160°C (convection oven) for 15-20 minutes. Decorate as desired, for example, with chocolate coating, marzipan, walnuts, or powdered sugar. The muffins taste better every day, although this doesn’t mean they don’t taste good fresh.
