  • 4 tbsp oil, neutral in taste
  • 2 banana(s), ripe, mashed
  • 4 eggs
  • 110 g sugar
  • 100 g walnuts, chopped
  • 380 g flour (type 405)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

for the bread maker

First, add the liquid ingredients, then the dry ingredients to the bread maker. Select the “Quick Bake” program and start.
