Banana Nutella cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g sugar
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 100 g chocolate shavings
  • 100 g nuts, ground
  • 6 egg whites
  • Nutella
  • 5 bananas
  • lemon juice
  • 500 ml cream
  • 2 cream stiffener
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 3 tbsp cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Mix the sugar, egg yolks, chocolate shavings, and nuts. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Pour the batter into a baking dish and smooth it out. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes. Let the base cool and then spread with Nutella. Halve the bananas, place them on the base, and drizzle with lemon juice. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and spread over the bananas. Bring the chocolate and cream to a boil, let it cool slightly, and spread it over the cream. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
