Banana Nutella Cupcakes with Topping
The perfect banana nutella cupcakes with topping recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
dough
- 100 g Flour
- 25 g Cocoa powder [for baking, not Kaba powder!]
- 150 g Sugar
- 1,5 tsp Baking powder
- 1 piece Egg
- 1 pinch Salt
- 50 g Butter [very soft]
- 125 ml Milk
- 2 piece Bananas [nicely ripe]
- 4 tbsp Nutella
Topping
- 175 g Cream cheese double cream setting
- 4 tbsp Whipped cream
- 100 g Powdered sugar
- Food coloring of your choice if required
- Baking decorations such as sugar pearls etc.

- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees with top and bottom heat.
- Mix all the dough ingredients except for the bananas until a creamy mixture is formed.
- Add very finely chopped banana pieces and keep stirring until the bananas are well mixed in.
- Divide the dough between 12 muffin cases and bake in the oven for around 25 minutes. 🙂
Topping
- Mix all ingredients and stir vigorously with the hand mixer until a stiff mass is formed. If you want color, add LM color.
- With the help of a piping bag, the topping is placed on the COOLED muffins in any shape. 🙂 Decorate with various sugar pearls etc. if necessary! 🙂
