Banana Chocolate Cupcakes with Vanilla Cream

Ingredients
 

  • 150 g Margarine
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 medium Bananas
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 80 g Chocolate sprinkles
  • 400 g Whipped cream
  • 1 packet Vanilla cream powder

Instructions
 

  • Stir the margarine and sugar until foamy, fold in the eggs and mashed bananas.
  • Mix flour with baking powder and stir into the foam mixture. Fold in the chocolate sprinkles.
  • Grease and flour the cupcake pan. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Distribute the dough evenly on the molds. I took a normal cake recipe and made mini muffins with the remaining dough.
  • Bake the cupcakes for 20 minutes, the mini muffins for 15 minutes, leave to cool in the tin.
  • Whip the cream and cream powder, pour into a piping bag and pipe onto the cpucakes.
