Banana Chocolate Cupcakes with Vanilla Cream

The perfect banana chocolate cupcakes with vanilla cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Margarine
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 medium sized Bananas
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 Tl Baking powder
  • 80 g Chocolate sprinkles
  • 400 g Whipped cream
  • 1 P Vanilla cream powder
  1. Stir the margarine and sugar until foamy, fold in the eggs and mashed bananas.
  1. Mix flour with baking powder and stir into the foam mixture. Fold in the chocolate sprinkles.
  1. Grease and flour the cupcake pan. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  1. Distribute the dough evenly on the molds. I took a normal cake recipe and made mini muffins with the remaining dough.
  1. Bake the cupcakes for 20 minutes, the mini muffins for 15 minutes, leave to cool in the tin.
  1. Whip the cream and cream powder, pour into a piping bag and pipe onto the cpucakes.
