Banana Nutella muffins

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 200 g natural yogurt
  • 60 ml oil
  • 2 bananas
  • Nutella
  • possibly milk
  • Banana chips or banana slices

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

for all those who love the combination of banana and Nutella, for 12 muffins

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Place 12 muffin cups in muffin tins. In a bowl, combine the flour and baking powder. Whisk the egg in a mixer. Then add the sugar and oil. Stir in the yogurt. While the mixer is mixing, peel the bananas and mash them on a plate with a fork. After stirring briefly, fold in the flour and baking powder mixture. If the batter is too thick or sticky, add a little milk. (The batter should be neither too thick nor too runny; it should be easy to spread into the muffin cups.) Finally, fold in the “banana mash.” Once the batter is evenly divided among the muffin cups, place a dollop of Nutella in the center of the batter. Bake the muffins on the middle rack of the oven for about 20 minutes. After this time, do the toothpick test. After baking, immediately press banana chips or fresh banana slices, depending on your taste, into the resulting Nutella cavity. Then let the muffins cool and serve.
