Banana – Nutella – Puff Pastry
The perfect banana – nutella – puff pastry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 Discs Puff pastry long frozen
- 4 Bananas
- Lemon juice
- Nutella
- Egg yolk
- Let the puff pastry defrost. Peel the bananas and cut into slices, drizzle with a little lemon juice.
- Spread three slices of puff pastry with Nutella and top with banana slices. Then place the other puff pastry slices on top and press down firmly with a fork.
- Brush with egg yolk, cut three times across. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven for about 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
