Banana – Nutella – Puff Pastry

The perfect banana – nutella – puff pastry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 6 Discs Puff pastry long frozen
  • 4 Bananas
  • Lemon juice
  • Nutella
  • Egg yolk
  1. Let the puff pastry defrost. Peel the bananas and cut into slices, drizzle with a little lemon juice.
  2. Spread three slices of puff pastry with Nutella and top with banana slices. Then place the other puff pastry slices on top and press down firmly with a fork.
  3. Brush with egg yolk, cut three times across. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven for about 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
