Banana oat shake

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 liter whole milk
  • 15 tbsp oat flakes
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 bananas

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

First, measure 1 liter of whole milk into a measuring jug. Then, peel the bananas. Then, place the bananas in a bowl and pour in the milk. Sprinkle in a packet of vanilla sugar. Then, add 15 tablespoons of oatmeal. Blend everything thoroughly with a blender.
