Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g spelt flour type 630
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 35 g butter
- 50g salami
- 50 g tomatoes, dried in oil
- 50 g mushrooms, brown
- 50 g Emmental cheese
- 1 tsp Italian spice mix
- ½ tsp salt

For the dough, roughly combine flour, salt, vinegar, and butter. Cut the salami, tomatoes, mushrooms, and cheese into very small cubes, mix them with the Italian seasoning and salt, and add to the crumbles. Knead the dough with your hands until smooth. Dust a 48-hole brownie baking sheet with a little flour and spread the batter evenly. Bake the crackers on the middle rack of an oven preheated to 200°C (fan oven) for about 10 minutes.
