Banana Omelette

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
  • some oil, neutral

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

sweet omelette that tastes like pancakes, but without flour and sugar

Peel and mash the banana, then whisk it thoroughly with the eggs and cinnamon. Add a little neutral oil to a pan and heat. Fry the batter in portions (1 portion = a heaped spoonful) like small pancakes. Tip: It’s already sweet enough, so it can be eaten on its own. It also tastes great with plum yogurt (mix natural yogurt with plum jam).
