Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 sweet potato(s)
- 100 ml water
- 3 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven. Peel the sweet potato and slice it thinly using a mandoline. Soak the slices in water and salt for about 30 minutes. After the soaking time, rinse the sweet potato slices thoroughly under running water and spread them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Sprinkle the paprika powder over the sweet potato and bake the chips on the middle rack for 20 minutes.
