Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 large banana(s)
- Cinnamon
- 3 tbsp flour (preferably whole wheat flour)
- Sugar
- 1 ½ tbsp butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mash the banana with a fork, stir in about 3 tablespoons of flour and season with cinnamon and sugar. Form the mixture into patties and fry in a little hot butter until golden brown on both sides.
