Low-carb pancakes

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 50 g protein powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 1 tsp, stratified stevia
  • some mineral water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Mix the remaining ingredients and fold in the egg whites. To give the batter a reasonable consistency, I always add a little mineral water. Fry the pancake batter in a pan. Adding sweetener is a matter of taste—I once forgot the stevia powder and found that the sweetness of the vanilla egg white powder was sufficient. The pancake is also great with raspberries or grated apple (be careful with the carbs).
