Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 bananas
- 150 g ham, raw lean
- 200 g broccoli
- 3 tomatoes
- 400 g potatoes
- 100 g cheese, grated, up to 30% fat
- 200 ml reduced-fat cream
- 1 tsp margarine, reduced fat
- salt, pepper

Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 20 minutes until tender, drain, and once cooled, peel and slice. Trim the broccoli and divide into florets. Wash the tomatoes and cut into eighths. Peel and slice the bananas. Grease a casserole dish with margarine, add the potatoes, broccoli, tomatoes, and bananas. Season the cream with salt and pepper and pour over the vegetables. Cut the ham into strips and arrange on the casserole. Sprinkle the cheese over the potatoes and bake in the oven (convection oven approx. 175°C, electric oven approx. 200°C) for 20 minutes with the lid on, then uncovered for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
