Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 small head of white cabbage
  • 125 g tartar
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 4 tbsp rice, cooked
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Chop the cabbage and cook in salted water until tender. Slice the spring onions into rings and fry them in oil with the tartar sauce. Season with tomato paste, mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir in the sour cream, rice, and drained cabbage, and sprinkle with chives.
