Banana-raspberry float

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 250 g raspberries
  • 600 ml cola, well chilled

Instructions

Working time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

with Coke

Peel the banana, slice it, and blend it with the lemon juice. Sort and wash the raspberries, then roughly mash them with a fork. Divide half of the raspberry puree into 4 tall glasses and top with the banana puree. Top with the remaining raspberry puree and fill the banana-raspberry float with cola. Tip: For a party, add a small shot of rum to each glass for extra zest.
