Banana-raspberry shake

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml milk
  • 4 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 2 handfuls of raspberries
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Pour the milk into a measuring jug. Add the yogurt. Chop the banana into small pieces and add it to the measuring jug. Then add the raspberries. Frozen raspberries do not need to be thawed first. Then blend everything with a hand blender until no lumps remain. If you plan to drink the shake the next day, add about 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and stir once.
