Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 banana(s), ripe
- 100 ml juice (rhubarb nectar)
- 1 pinch of Stevia
- ½ handful of walnuts, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Blend all ingredients, except the walnuts, with a hand blender and place in the ice cream maker for 20 minutes. Finally, add the chopped walnuts. Serve garnished with mint.
