Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 bananas (approx. 400 g)
  • 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp chives
  • 3 small onions
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Slice the bananas and dice the onions. Mix everything together. Tastes great with grilled food.
