Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ liter whole milk
  • 1 large banana(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Put the banana in a blender and pour over the milk. Blend until the banana dissolves and the milk thickens. If the banana tastes too strong, just add a little more milk, or if there’s not enough banana, just add a little more. It’s quick to make, delicious, and even filling.
