Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 bananas, very ripe
- 300 g Skyr
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 5 minutes
Mash the bananas with a fork and mix with the skyr. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds or a freezer container and freeze.
