Banana Slices

The perfect banana slices recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 5 Eggs
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 0,125 l Oil
  • 0,125 l Milk
  • 250 g Flour
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • 3 tbsp Cocoa
  • Coverage
  • 0,4 l Cream
  • 1 packet Paradise cream vanilla
  • Aside FROM THAT
  • Apricot jam
  • 10 Bananas
  • Chocolate icing
  1. Mix egg yolks and sugar until frothy. Add oil and lukewarm milk, mix everything very well. Mix the flour, baking powder and cocoa together and sieve in. Beat the egg white until stiff and fold into the mixture. Spread the dough on a prepared baking sheet. Baking time approx. 30 minutes with hot air 150 degrees. Brush the cake with jam immediately after baking. After cooling, cut the bananas into slices and place them on top. Whip the cream until stiff. Mix the paradise cream according to the instructions and fold it into the whipped cream. Spread the mixture on the bananas. Cover with the melted chocolate icing.,
