Baking: Chocolate and Banana Slices
The perfect baking: chocolate and banana slices recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Soft butter
- 250 g Raw cane sugar
- 4 piece Free range eggs
- 500 g Spelled flour type 630
- 1 pinch Salt
- 0,5 teaspoon Ground lemon peel
- 2 tablespoon Baking cocoa
- 150 g Ground hazelnuts
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 3 tablespoon Cream
- 4 piece Ripe bananas
- 2 packet Chocolate Icing
- 3 tablespoon Toasted coconut flakes
- Mix the butter, sugar and eggs until frothy. Add flour, salt, cocoa, nuts, vanilla sugar, baking powder and cream and make a heavy batter. Possibly add a little more milk if the dough is too heavy.
- Peel the bananas and cut into small cubes. Carefully fold this under the dough.
- Line a baking sheet with foil or paper – greasing and crumbling is of course also possible – and distribute the dough evenly on it.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 185 degrees for about 20 – 30 minutes. (Toothpick sample) After taking it out, let it cool down completely, then cover it with chocolate icing and sprinkle with the coconut flakes.
