Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slices of toast
  • 4 tsp, leveled butter
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tbsp jam
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • some Madeira

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Spread the butter on the toast. Peel the bananas, slice them, and arrange them in a flake-like pattern on top. Mix the jam with the yogurt, season with lemon juice and Madeira wine, and spread it on the toast.
