Baked bananas

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 banana(s), ripe
  • 8 dates
  • n. B. Cinnamon powder
  • 70 g milk chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with dates and chocolate

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Peel the bananas and slice them lengthwise. Place them cut-side up on baking paper and dust with cinnamon. Cut the dates into small pieces and sprinkle them over the bananas. Grate or chop the chocolate if desired and garnish the bananas with it. Bake in the hot oven for 10 minutes.
