Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • 300 g strawberries or raspberries, frozen
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

In a deep bowl, combine the natural yogurt and cream (do not whip), then gradually add the desired type of frozen fruit (do not thaw). Puree the mixture with a hand blender. Add sugar if desired.
