Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 banana(s)
- 250 ml juice (vegetable)
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- Cress, for garnishing
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Peel the banana and cut it into large pieces. Puree the banana pieces, vegetable juice, and lemon juice with a hand blender. Pour into two glasses, sprinkle with cress, and serve.
