Banana with Honey

Banana with honey

  • 1,5 Banana (remainder)
  • 1 tsp Alsan (margarine)
  • 2 tsp Honey to taste
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
  • 50 ml Cream
  • 3 Raspberries, fresh
  • Edible fruit tea (banana chocolate)
  • Dark chocolate (Lindt), grated

Banana with honey

  1. Peel the bananas, cut into slices and place on a large flat plate. Then take a small saucepan and add the teaspoon of margarine and honey to taste. Heat the whole thing up, but don’t boil Put away from the hotplate.
  2. Season with a pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon. Stir and drizzle on the bananas. Now pour the cream into a tall container and whip until stiff. Place this in the middle of the banana slices and the drizzled. Halve the three raspberries and spread them all around.
