Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 small bananas, very ripe
- 150 ml milk
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp sugar if needed (if bananas are not ripe enough)
Instructions
Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes
delicious banana drink for 1 person – smoothie
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree (or use an immersion blender). It tastes best if you refrigerate the smoothie for about an hour. You can also drink it right away. Tips: Using two smaller bananas, the amount fits in a 400 ml glass. It tastes best with full-fat milk, but you can also use low-fat milk.
