Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 40 g fat
  • 4 bananas
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 4 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • 2 tsp mustard

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat the oil. Peel the bananas and fry briefly, turning them occasionally. Be careful not to break them. Drizzle with lemon juice and dust with paprika. Lightly brush the ham slices with mustard. Wrap each banana in a slice of ham and serve immediately. Tip: Serve with rice and a curry sauce for a complete meal.
