Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • ¼ liter whipped cream
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Bananas with cinnamon whipped cream

Peel the bananas and halve them lengthwise. Fry them in butter until golden brown on both sides. Let them cool slightly, then divide them between 4 plates. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in the cinnamon, arrange the whipped cream dumplings next to the bananas, and serve.
