Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 125 g butter or margarine
  • 125 ml milk
  • 300 g flour
  • 3 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 1 kg apples, sour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

For one baking tray

Beat the eggs and sugar until frothy. Heat the fat and milk and pour them into the egg and sugar mixture while still hot. Combine the flour and baking powder, sift, and stir in. Peel, quarter, core, and slice the apples. Line a baking tray with foil or grease and flour a baking sheet. Spread the batter on the tray, top with apple slices, and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan oven) or 200°C (top/bottom heat oven) for approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
