super tasty and filling
Crush the biscuits, melt the butter, and mix with the cocoa powder and biscuits. Transfer to a 20cm diameter dish and refrigerate. For the filling, heat the butter and sugar in a pan over low heat until the butter has melted and the sugar has dissolved. Then stir in the condensed milk and gently bring to a boil. Cook for no more than 1 minute, otherwise the caramel will set too hard! Stir regularly. Add the syrup and melted chocolate. Pour the caramel over the base and refrigerate for about 1.5 hours. Spread the bananas over the base and decorate with whipped cream and cocoa. I first put a layer of cream on the caramel, then bananas, and then more cream. You can leave out the syrup if you can’t get it.
