Ingredients
 

Spices:

  • 0,25 Tl Cinnamon, if you don't like it that much, take less
  • 1 Orange, the juice is needed
  • 2 Pinches Sal de Flor Orange
  • 2 Pinches Sal de Flor rosemary
  • 0,25 Tl Venison Seasoning
  • 1 Tl Orange pulp

Instructions
 

  • Mix the spices with the juice well and brush the legs with it. Leave in there for at least 24 hours.
  • We grilled indirectly for 50 minutes at about 179 degrees. Of course you can do this in the oven too.
  • Go with a baked potato with a nice dip.
