Barbary Duck Legs Grilled

The perfect barbary duck legs grilled recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Spices:

  • 0,25 Tl Cinnamon, if you don’t like it that much, take less
  • 1 Orange, the juice is needed
  • 2 Pinches Sal de Flor Orange
  • 2 Pinches Sal de Flor rosemary
  • 0,25 Tl Venison Seasoning
  • 1 Tl Orange pulp
  1. Mix the spices with the juice well and brush the legs with it. Leave in there for at least 24 hours.
  2. We grilled indirectly for 50 minutes at about 179 degrees. Of course you can do this in the oven too.
  3. Go with a baked potato with a nice dip.
