Ingredients
Spices:
- 0,25 Tl Cinnamon, if you don't like it that much, take less
- 1 Orange, the juice is needed
- 2 Pinches Sal de Flor Orange
- 2 Pinches Sal de Flor rosemary
- 0,25 Tl Venison Seasoning
- 1 Tl Orange pulp
Instructions
- Mix the spices with the juice well and brush the legs with it. Leave in there for at least 24 hours.
- We grilled indirectly for 50 minutes at about 179 degrees. Of course you can do this in the oven too.
- Go with a baked potato with a nice dip.
