Chocolate Crossies
The perfect chocolate crossies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Corn flakes without sugar
- 200 g Whole milk couverture
- 200 g Dark couverture
- 50 g Ground hazelnuts
- 50 g Coconut flakes
- 1 Bit Palmin
- Cut the couverture and melt it over a water bath. Melt the cube of Palmin with it.
- In the meantime, put the flakes, hazelnuts and coconut flakes in a bowl and mix a little – it doesn’t really work. 🙂
- 2 Lay out a piece of baking paper on the worktop.
- Pour the melted couverture over the flakes mixture and mix.
- Now place small “heaps” on the baking paper with the help of 2 teaspoons, then allow to cool and dry.
