Chocolate Crossies

The perfect chocolate crossies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Corn flakes without sugar
  • 200 g Whole milk couverture
  • 200 g Dark couverture
  • 50 g Ground hazelnuts
  • 50 g Coconut flakes
  • 1 Bit Palmin
  1. Cut the couverture and melt it over a water bath. Melt the cube of Palmin with it.
  2. In the meantime, put the flakes, hazelnuts and coconut flakes in a bowl and mix a little – it doesn’t really work. 🙂
  3. 2 Lay out a piece of baking paper on the worktop.
  4. Pour the melted couverture over the flakes mixture and mix.
  5. Now place small “heaps” on the baking paper with the help of 2 teaspoons, then allow to cool and dry.
  6. Don’t feel guilty while enjoying :))).
