Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

taste great with brioche burger buns

Place the ground beef in a medium-sized bowl. Dice the onion into small cubes with a paring knife and add it along with Worcestershire sauce, BBQ sauce, egg, salt, pepper, and chili sauce, if using. Add the Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs. First, mix everything together with a tablespoon. Then knead the mixture with your hands for about 7 minutes (I wear disposable gloves). Weigh the entire mixture and divide the weight by the number of burger buns to determine the amount for each burger patty. Now, make burger patties using a burger press, then carefully slide them onto the baking paper using a small knife. Tip: You can also refrigerate the burger patties for a few hours before cooking them. I then use a nonstick pan and cook the burgers with a little neutral vegetable oil (e.g., rapeseed oil) at medium heat. Depending on the size, the cooking time is 3-5 minutes per side. For cheeseburgers, add cheese to taste after turning the burgers. Then top the burgers as desired, e.g. with tomatoes, onions, lettuce, etc.
