  • 12 tbsp oil, high quality
  • 6 tbsp ketchup (spicy shashlik ketchup)
  • 1 tsp marjoram
  • 1 tsp herbs de Provence
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp salt

Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves and onion. Thoroughly mix the oil with all other ingredients, including the garlic and onion. Marinate the grilled meat, such as chops, steaks, or schnitzel, in the oil for a few hours. Brush the meat with the marinade several times during grilling.
