Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 bunch of coriander
- 2 bulbs of garlic
- cumin
- Saffron
- Salt
- 1 cup(s) olive oil
- Vinegar

Canarian sauce
Grind the green bell pepper, 1 bunch of parsley and cilantro (fresh if you have it, dried if not), garlic cloves, a little cumin, saffron, and salt in a blender and mix with 1 cup of oil and vinegar to taste. Be careful with the amount of cilantro, as not everyone likes the taste. You can, of course, adjust the amount of garlic. 😉
