Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 red chili peppers
  • 4 tomatoes, dried, preserved in oil
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp port wine
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp rosemary, dried
  • 1 tsp thyme, dried
  • ½ tsp black pepper, coarsely ground or whole
  • 1 tsp peppercorns, green
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the onions and garlic. Deseed the chili. Chop everything into large pieces. Then simply puree all the ingredients. Brush the meat with the paste and marinate for at least 6 hours. Tip: The “cream” also tastes delicious as a dip for fondue or with chips.
