Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g flour
  • 250 ml water, lukewarm
  • ½ pack of yeast, fresh
  • Salt
  • 1 shot of oil
  • 500 g minced meat (beef)
  • 1 pack of bacon
  • 2 packs of mozzarella
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Sauce (barbecue sauce)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Make a yeast dough from flour, yeast, salt, and oil (it shouldn’t stick; if not, add flour). Cover and let it rise in a warm oven for at least half an hour. Meanwhile, brown the minced meat and season with salt and pepper. Peel the onion and slice it very thinly, along with the mozzarella. Cut the bacon into strips. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and roll it out. Brush with barbecue sauce (preferably from Wienerwald). Spread the minced meat, onion, bacon strips, and mozzarella on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for half an hour. Serve immediately.
