Barbecue Sauce – Banana Curry

The perfect barbecue sauce – banana curry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 90 g Mayonnaise
  • 90 g Yogurt
  • 1 half Banana fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon Curry
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 pkg Mc Donald curry sauce
  1. Prepare mayonnaise (lightning recipe in my kb under: mayonnaise homemade in a flash
  2. Mash the banana with a fork and “mash it” with the fork until it has an almost liquid, creamy consistency
  3. mix the mayonnaise with yoghurt – add banana cream – season with curry, salt, sugar and lemon juice –
  4. at the end we always add a packet of curry sauce from mc donald …. I’m not really a friend of “mc stupid”, but this sauce is unbeatably delicious …. and fortunately it is WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES
