Barbecue sauce cranberry dip

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 8 tbsp jam, cranberry
  • 2 tbsp brandy (cognac)
  • e.g. chili pepper(s), cut into very thin strips (without seeds)
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt (fleur de sel)
  • 1 tbsp honey, or:
  • 1 tsp, heaped glucose, sugar
  • n. B. Lemon peel, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

goes very well with grilled sirloin steaks or as a fondue dip

Cut a few strips from the chili pepper (careful not to remove the seeds!!!) and chop finely. Mix with the jam, brandy, and honey, or glucose. Season to taste with a pinch of salt and a little grated lemon zest. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Delicious with grilled sirloin steaks.
