Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 celery leaves
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 4 tbsp coffee cream
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • some milk
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Chop the onions and all other ingredients, mix well with the quark, and season to taste. Serve with boiled potatoes.
