Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g jacket potatoes
- 100 g quark
- 4 tbsp cream
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- 4 schnitzels
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
- herbs, fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Mash the hot boiled potatoes with quark and cream. Season with a little nutmeg and salt and pepper to taste. Fry the pork schnitzel in a pan with the oil, season, and sprinkle with fresh, chopped herbs.
