Basic dough for cake pop makers

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter, soft
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 300 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 250 ml milk

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 34 minutes

Cream the butter with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Combine the flour, salt, and baking powder. Add the flour mixture and milk to the other ingredients. Fold everything in well. Preheat the cake pop maker. Spray the holes with baking spray, if desired. Then fill the bottom holes to the brim with batter. This works best with two teaspoons. Alternatively, you can fill the batter into a piping bag. This makes it even faster and cleaner. The cake pops will be ready in about 4 minutes. Once cooled, they’re ready to use.
